Well looking at what I did lat year, I have my goal, and what I think I will do...I am going to pu down my goal: 01:50:00 Swim 00:10:30 T1 07:30:00 Bike 00:09:30 T2 05:00:00 Run 14:40:00 Total Goal Time. (I just want to be under 15 hours on the toughest Ironman Coarse in the WORLD!!!)

Bike: 06:00:00

Goal: 11:45 to 17hrs total
My guess is that my run will be slower.
